You choose where your data lives - UK or EU hosting is available to meet your regulatory requirements. All data handling is GDPR-compliant, and we'll provide a data processing agreement as part of setup.

And if you ever stop using Giant AI, you can export your content at any time. Once you close your account, everything is permanently deleted within 30 days.
